PEDIGREE Foundation POP Retail Display

Challenge: 
The PEDIGREE Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to helping dogs find loving homes, wanted to partner with retail stores to sell their DOGS RULE.® gear in a Point-of-Purchase Display to raise money for their cause. They received a large amount of interest in the opportunity from retailers, and they challenged Blink to deliver 140 fully-stocked displays to stores within 60 days in order to meet the holiday deadlines.

Approach:
The Blink team coordinated rush production schedules in order to produce 2,800 plush dogs and 17,000 t-shirts. The displays were built and measured to ensure products fit seamlessly into each compartment. Behind the scenes, we staged product photoshoots, created retail-ready UPC’s, printed and applied price stickers to each product, and completed all vendor-setups for each retail buyer. Our logistics team worked with each receiving warehouse in order to coordinate shipments to retailers.

Outcome:
The displays were placed in 140 retail stores across the United States in time for holiday shoppers to buy their DOGS RULE® gear. So much interest was generated from retailers that PEDIGREE Foundation is planning for a larger-scale reorder.
