Nissan Master Technician Seiko Watch Program

Challenge: As part of the Nissan Master Technician program, the client needed a way to include a personalized Seiko Watch in their Master Technician kit each time a team member reached the Master Technician level. Adding to the level of program complexity, the corporate brand, Nissan or Infiniti, needed to be on the face of the watch and a unique personalization engraved on the back.

Approach: Blink set up a program using the platform “Box” where Nissan provided weekly uploads of the technicians who had achieved the Master Technician level. Once the weekly upload is received, Blink works directly with our watch supplier to communicate watch style, brand decoration, watch personalization, and the shipping address. Our team receives and approves a proof for each order, and, within a week of approval, the watches are shipped to Nissan for kit fulfillment. We work closely with our supplier partner to maintain adequate inventory in both men’s and women’s styles to support the program.

Outcome: The program is ongoing and has successfully run for over three years.
